Q: What height stool do I need?
A: Seat height is normally 11-12" shorter then the height of the top of the table/counter. eg a 36" high counter/table would use a 24 or 25" seat height stool.
Q:What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Send us an email with all details of the damage and the tracking# on the box and we will resolve the issue asap by filing a claim and getting you a replacement product or part(if only a part of the item is damaged) ASAP at no cost to you.

A: Since 1992
Q: Is assembly required?
A: Most stools w/o backs are shipped fully assembled except the H5-C7,L7 series which have to be assembled (not difficult and instructions are included). Swivel seat stools w/backs only need the seat bolted to the swivel. Pub tables need the legs or base attached.

Q: What is the construction of metal bar stools?
A: Except for the H5 C7 and L7 series which are bolted, all of the other metal stools are built with heavy gauge metal and are MIG welded at the joints for additional strength.
